If you hire us only for collections only, and not client management or accounting, we charge a 25% commission fee for all monies returned to the firm.
If you’re paying us our fixed monthly rate for our client management services, we consider a balance “collection eligible” only if it’s from a FORMER client you no longer represent, and the balance exceeds $2,000.00. If the balance is from a former client but is less than $2,000.00, we will collect it free of commission as a complimentary service to our client management. Any balance from current clients, regardless of how delinquent, will also be collected free of commission charge, as again, this is part of our standard client management services.
