Our Invoicing and Client Management Services:

A Threefold Solution

Save Time, Increase Efficiency

Streamline Your Invoicing & Payments Without Adding Staff

Time is money, and every minute spent on invoicing and payment follow-ups is a minute taken away from billable hours. When attorneys handle these tasks themselves, they lose out on valuable time that could be spent on client work. And why hire an employee  when we can manage these processes more efficiently, saving both your time and money?

Prevent Delinquent Payments

Say Goodbye to Write-Offs

Effective invoicing is only valuable if it results in timely payments. We excel in client communication, ensuring that payments are collected on time and in full. Our experience allows us to know when to advise attorneys to step back from a case due to a client’s financial issues or a change in disposition. With us handling your receivables, the days of writing off significant portions of your revenue at year-end are over.

Strengthen Firm-Client Relationships

Integrated A/R Management That Feels Like Part of Your Firm

Unlike other A/R management companies, which act as a third party with limited to no knowledge of your cases, we integrate seamlessly with your firm. When you choose Kollect, our account managers become a part of your firm. They’ll use the same email domain and communication systems, attend meetings, and stay up-to-date on client matters. Your clients will feel the difference—every interaction with us reinforces the relationship they've been building with your firm. This continuity builds trust and encourages clients to honor their financial commitments.

How It Works

Every law firm is unique, and our services are tailored to fit your specific needs. The first step is an in-depth consultation where we assess your firm’s A/R status, invoicing procedures, and how involved you’d like your account manager to be in the billing process (some firms only want assistance in collecting payments but prefer to do the billing themselves). Whether you prefer us to handle everything or just assist with payment collection, we adapt to your preferences.

But our services go beyond just invoicing. The fixed monthly fee for our invoicing and client management includes a variety of administrative tasks. Our goal is to be a long-term partner in your firm’s success. Need help vetting new client leads? Are you a minor's counsel attorney who doesn't have the time to fill out the court-specific forms required for payment? Have any data entry piling up? Whatever it may be, we’re here to support your firm in any way we can.

Ultimately, your Account Manager becomes a trusted partner, evolving alongside you and your firm.

Kollections

Everyone deserves to be compensated fairly for their work. With our collection services, we only get paid if you get paid.

While our client management services are designed to prevent collections from occurring, unfortunately, before hiring us, many firms were left with outstanding client balances after completing cases. Following up for payment with delinquent accounts and former clients can be uncomfortable, time-consuming, and sometimes contentious, and sending clients to collections risks triggering retaliatory bar complaints.

We consider a balance eligible for a 25% commission fee if it meets any one of the following criteria:

  More than 90 days overdue

Client is disputing charges and is unwilling to pay

You no longer represent the client
