While our client management services are designed to prevent collections from occurring, unfortunately, before hiring us, many firms were left with outstanding client balances after completing cases. Following up for payment with delinquent accounts and former clients can be uncomfortable, time-consuming, and sometimes contentious, and sending clients to collections risks triggering retaliatory bar complaints.

We consider a balance eligible for a 25% commission fee if it meets any one of the following criteria:

More than 90 days overdue

Client is disputing charges and is unwilling to pay

You no longer represent the client
